This weekend I completed my first Spartan race since starting Zep! I felt so much stronger and was able to complete the whole trifecta weekend! This consisted of 2 days of racing with:

Day 1: 15 miles and 5.2k elevation change + obstacles in the freezing 40° rain

AND

Day 2: 7 miles with 2.2k elevation change + obstacles IMMEDIATELY INTO a 4 mile race with 1.5k elevation change + obstacles (beautiful weather this day tho)

My body is wrecked but I was able to fuel well and I moved so much faster on the uphills since starting Zep. Super proud of myself and this feels better than seeing any number on the scale!

Next up: 32 mile Ultra race this upcoming weekend! My first ultra ever! Excited to see how this goes!
