Im 5'1 3/4 , 105 lbs my measurements are 32 -24-34 and the smallest size falls off me

For context I live in turkey and by no means should I be the smallest size. Most things here run up to xs not xxs unless you are buying from bershka or smth which with this country s minimum wage is hard to do and every time i order an xs its too big

Makes me wonder wth are the true xs people wearing😭

Also for a country who s avg height is under 160 cm ( 5'3) why is everything so freaking long

My friends birthday is soon and I have no idea what to get her for her birthday.

Fiery personality very confident bold honest

Is a july cancer if some astrology people come around

Does not read very much

Likes music classical music & eurovision music would not appreciate a record player , vinyls , cd s , cassetes

Not a practical gifts person i dont plan on getting her sunscreen or smth like that

Does not use a lot of skincare or makeup

Likes fashion but is very picky

Likes accesories but again very picky

Likes sunflowers

Graduated recently is in the post graduation slump and depression so i wanna get her mood up

Also a student so my budget is limited

Any ideas?
