Is it possible to go an entire day without saying the word 'no'?

I’m currently running my own digital agency, and while I love the tech and strategy side, I feel like my "work brain" is constantly fighting my "personal life."
Fitness is my main escape, but sometimes it’s hard to truly switch off when you're building a business. It feels like I’m living in two different worlds.
Does anyone else deal with this? How do you actually manage to disconnect and be present in your hobbies after a long day of intense work? I’d love to hear how you keep your balance.
