I mean, once you got addicted to this, can you stop entierly?
I think we're damned to redo self harm for our entire lives, do y'all think the same? I personally couldn't be sober for at least ten years
When I was in 6th grade I was bullied and so really depressed. I started cutting myself with ✂✂ (it jst burned)
Anyways, I wasn't addicted at all and wondered how could anyone would like that feeling of pain (I was a coward, I would never cut at that time)
2 months ago, I started redoing it bc I was feeling depressed. At first I really liked that feeling of being "valid" in there or smth (kinda weird maybe) but it wasn't recurrent. But now, since a month ago, I did it deeper and deeper and more frequently. I am definitely addicted. I downloaded I am sober. 3days ago I reached for the first time the dermis. I am sober for now bc it's summer etc, but I know that the more the time will pass the deeper I will go. Beans is the next step. I'm only scared to need stitches, my parents never knew abt all of that and they would see me very differently.
