Best way to cover grays for those who wash daily

I have jet black hair, it is naturally wavy and so shiny but unfortunately due to genetics, I have greyed prematurely. Most of the silver streaks were hidden until after I had my second child, now they are everywhere and very noticeable.

I know, embrace the changes blah blah. I do not do anything else to hide the ageing process, haven't touched any inejctions, I am embracing the new lines on my forehead. It's just the grey hair are very noticeable against the black hair.

What brand of hair dye can I use to cover them even if I wash daily? I have coloured my hair when I was young and I remember my hair getting too dry after hair dye.

I'm from Australia so maybe limited with options.

CS shelf compression

I had emergency C section 10 months ago, and for now I have accepted that the CS pouch is here to stay until I work on it. It is prominent and I know unattractive, but with full time looking after the bub and working on our business, i cannot put time to exercise.

I have to attend a wedding and it doesn't matter what type of dress I try, the pouch is too showy. I have compression binder, slimming shorts etc but they all either roll down or too uncomfortable to even breath in.

Any product there that you can recommend? I don't need it to be all flat, but i want to be able to wear it all afternoon. Thanks
