I posted this on productivity cafe like a month ago but I’m js too proud.

3 years ago vs today. Started working on myself about 2 years ago after I reached my heaviest of 385lbs.
In that photo I was about 370 and now I’m 296 lbs.

I also stopped smoking and graduated highschool finally. Broke up with my gf and now doing okay for myself.
