Box condition question: Pristine 2002 Byron Lars "Tatu" Barbie but with a significant tear on the back box. How does back damage impact a NRFB collection?
Hi everyone! I wanted to share this gorgeous Tatu Barbie from the Treasures of Africa series (2002). The doll itself has never been removed from her inner cardboard backing and is in pristine condition. However, as you can see in the video, the outer box has a major tear on the back.
For serious NRFB collectors, how much value does back-box damage like this usually deduct in the current market? Would you keep her as is or just unbox her for display? Thanks for your insights!
