I have a PSA rifle, which at the time of ordering I was unaware of this, comes with a sabre lock up rail.

Does anyone know how to remove the rail? I found a proprietary tool on their website, but not sure if it is the correct one. Link attached.

I’m in the Greenwich CT area. Any nearby-ish FFLs that facilitate fixed mag installs/ar pistol transfers?

There is one I currently go to but he is very far away so looking for someone closer to home!
