I just got an offer for a platform engineer role at Palantir.

Base - 200K
RSU - 500k/4 year
Sign on - 50K

YOE - 10

The original posting was for New York but I was able to get them to agree to Seattle.

I asked them for 380K in Seattle and In New York I had asked for 450K and this is what they got back with. I’m still trying to push for 380K recurring. Is this good or should I negotiate for more ?

I bought my used 2023 EQS in January this year . Dealer said it comes with 2 years of free electrify America 30 min fast DC charging. Didn’t even get to use it for 3 months before the contract expired. Mercedes connect customer service says we’re sorry we can’t do shit. The contract starts from the date the it was activated by the first owner, it does not restart with ownership transfer.

Anyone else experience this ? Feels like it should be something that gets offered to used car owners too.
