I feel like therapy contributes to my suicidal tendancies and depression. Idk if its making me aware of my issues that i normally choose to ignore or if im exaggerating my problems in therapy which make me believe that theyre far more serious than they actually are but i genuinely feel so drained, hopeless and depressed after my sessions and that feeling stays with me even after days. I know that therapy isnt a miracle that can fix me overnight but how do i understand that its working or if im fit for it??

Çok fazla umursadığım ve beraber olmayı çok sevdiğim insanlar var ama uzun süre göremezsem özlemiyorum? J'ai eu des acceptations de l'Université de Bordeaux et de Sorbonne en licence sociologie mais je suis pas encore sûre lequel sera la meilleur choix pour moi. Si vous êtes étudiants (surtout de sociologie) dans une des ces écoles est-ce que vous pourriez partager vos idées ou d'informations qui pourraient influencer ma choix??
