My question is mostly towards Enchant-sorc, Tesladin / Dragondin, maybe Fire Claw druid, since I already have a Vengeance, but really like to build a character around that.

Or should I stick to skillers and % elememental damage large charms?

I am on my 6th attempt to a deathless / 1 hero per class run of DD1, after the Hag boiled my Hound Master and killed him with the first possible hit, so I am looking for some insight.

My pick would be Helion, because from position 1 you will:

1. Always be able to pick the most damaging skill,

2. Reach any enemy.

3. Have a solid +1 position skill if you get displaced.

4. Have a self cure for Bleed / Blight.
