kinda makes me sad that after so many years like over a decade there aren't really many islands with complex rhythms. they all follow a standard 4/4 time and at MOST i could argue that g'joob in mythical island follows a 6/8 timing and i'll admit ethereal island. i'd just love something new. is there like a reason for this that they have explained that i havent seen?

personally i think it'd be a great chance to introduce something new. people are saying oh the game will be done soon after epic magicals etc. but i'd like to see smaller fire islands pop up maybe in the mirror realms or something where the fire quads actually get their own islands.. and maybe then we could get some cool songs in 3/4 or 6/8, 9/8 etc. because i think its a big untapped potential to base songs off like a waltz or something

just wondering because i was thinking about how vhamp wants 15 cybop because its the mech celestial, then wondered about how much it'll take to get an adult celestial. obviously ethereals are hard to get, but so are seasonals so if there was a 200% boost a week on the month that that celestial had maybe? the natural+fire element mythicals could require a mythical, and ethereal elements = ethereal. I suppose the electric celestial could just require the oasis mythical as its the one left over. i dont necessarily want this to happen as it'd be hard but itd be cool if the celestials represented their element a bit more

keep seeing comments like 'who's kai's wife who's cole's wife" on these posts about the ninjago descendants and weird sex jokes made about jay and nya and idk maybe im too woke but i just think its interesting how people seem to think that having kids = you need to be married. not even "who's the mother of the children" its like who's the wife. and then people using the fact that cole has a descendant - not even a confirmed biological son - to further be homophobic about people who support cole as gay. just weird how you think we've normalized nontraditional families as a society but people always revert to the default husband+wife, they have to be married before they have kids. at least lego friends came out the gate swinging with a single mother in 2023 lol

defending BAM hate by being like "oh but my one is good" congrats? but the hate isnt directed towards YOUR BAM employees, who, like any other employee anywhere isnt representative of the company we're mad at. does that mean i think you should go harrass employees at your local BAM no they're not to blame but don't defend BAM corporate by saying there are some good BAMs. doesn't make sense. Corporate and the higher ups in this franchise are involved in the theft. can we rally together for once instead of splitting hair with discourse about which stores are good and bad?

(or just go on ebay seriously. my BAM prices are ridiculous and the only good part imo are the stickered parts for $0.25)
