Just sharing this for those who maybe havent seen it before. Easy to understand, hard to dispute in my opinion

So I'm sitting here listening to a podcast with George knapp and corbell talking about the declassified video dumps and I start wondering.. like WHO is the actual person that picks the videos upon orders from the DOD? Is there like a custodian of classified videos? It just really made me wonder that there's literally a person who does have access to all this stuff or a few people for all I know..but shouldn't that person be able to be found at least and try to ask some questions?

Anyone see this on the other sub ? Any ideas?

I have been working out for years on and off, currently I've been working out for the last 3 years, 5 days a week at a pretty high level my numbers are all pretty high id say.. I'm 42m 5'8 205-210lbs ..bench is around 425, squat 550, deadlift around 600 .. what's bothering me is excessive muscle cramps after working out for instance I did 500 pull ups this morning and my right lat and right and left brachioradialis and brachialis are spasming painful I stretch it goes away but it's been happening more and more lately.. any ideas what may help

There was a post a long time ago like 4 years ago at least I think maybe it was from r/ufos maybe but it was some very long detailed post about someone claiming to have been abducted and was able to see things from history like the pyramids being built through some mechanism the ETs had like I guess recording or something.. it was extremely detailed about all different types of things just wondering if anyone remembers or has a link
