Looking for Recommendations on Somatic Coaching Programs

As the title says, I'm looking for coaching programs to join that is focused on somatic healing and parts work (NOT breathwork). I already incorporate some somatic approaches in my coaching, but I'd like to expand my toolkit.

I'd love to join a group program with a cohort where we could not only learn somatic and parts work approaches, but also have an opportunity to practice with each other and learn from each others' case studies.

Anyone know of a program like this?

Will I get to experiencing that awakening moment again?

I had my awakening 1.5 years ago and it completely changed my life. The actual moment happened quite randomly on an ordinary day in my kitchen while I was about to grab a fork. The moment was SO profound and indescribable, as I'm sure many of you who have also experienced this moment can understand.

This experience turbo-charged my healing journey and set me on a path of creating a truly aligned life. I'm still building that aligned life, but I am genuinely the happiest I've ever been, and I've been carrying the high and deep embodiment of that moment since.

But lately, I started to wonder if I’ll ever have that experience again. That moment was like a lightening bolt in that it was powerful, but a temporary experience. I know there's a difference between understanding concepts mentally vs. deeply embodying them, and the further I get from the awakening experience, the more I'm finding myself forgetting the embodied knowing of the truth of myself and the universe. I know healing is a life-long journey, but I'm find myself identifying with ego a lot and falling into victim mode.

I'd love to hear your experiences on this - have you been able to have another awakening moment after your first one? I know it's not really an "awakening" after you've have the first awakening moment, but I don't know what to call it - I guess a non-dual experience?

Is it possible to experience it multiple times? Does it always come at random moments or can you be intentional about creating that experience? Does it get easier to reach?

“Are they sisters?”

Fuck off Aiden. Typical to think two black women walking together are sisters when they actually look nothing alike.

There have been a few other little comments like that from some of the men that seem innocent at face value but has racist undertones.

The UK hasn’t had a reckoning regarding their own racism yet and how it is embedded into every aspect of culture in both seen and unseen ways. This is a major reason why the discussion around Angelista and diversity vs inclusivity are confusing so many people.

Speaking Spanish

I LOVED seeing Bea and Gabriel speaking in spanish with each other. I’m not even a latina or a spanish speaker but that scene did SO much for me. It really made me feel seen as also a multi-lingual (minortiy) American. Keep it up you guys!
