Tried to cancel a Main Fare flight the day before and got error code 211068 with a message of something along lines of “online/app services not available, please call an agent,” still haven’t spoke with an agent. Was able to change the flight and hopefully I can cancel it later cuz it’s midnight and I need sleep.
