Paediatricians in Adelaide without super long wait times?

I have suspicions that my 20 month old has ASD. I’m wanting to get him into a paed asap to be diagnosed with global developmental delay so I can get NDIS funding for speech and OT, and referred to kudos.

Any suggestions?

15 DPO with clear blue

How are these lines looking? Waiting for today’s result for HCG bloods.

I seem to get better lines in the PM. Same thing happened my previous pregnancies.

Which wands should I buy?

I purchased the Mira last month and automatically purchased the ultra4 wands. Obviously the Mira wands are super expensive and I’d like to spend less if I could! Looking for advice at which wands would be best for me.

My backstory: conceived my first baby at 35 without tracking anything. Conceived again at 37 (in January) just tracking my BBT (but not actively trying) which resulted in a MMC. Since then I have been dealing with a luteal phase of 9-10 days (previously 11-12). I have PCOS, but very regular cycles.

Which wands would be best for me personally?

Tweetycam issues?

Has anyone had an issue with their tweetycam monitor just not turning on? It was fine when I went to bed last night, and was plugged into power all night. I woke up this morning and it won’t turn on 😭 I’ve left it charging since I woke up so it’s definitely not flat. I’ve tried resetting it and it’s still not turning on.

I’ve emailed customer support but while I wait I was wondering if anyone had any ideas

TTC - progesterone?

I don’t know if this is the right place to post…

I’m in Adelaide and TTC after a miscarriage in January. I’m struggling with a short luteal phase post miscarriage and 7 dpo bloods on the last 2 cycles show a low progesterone level.

Is there a GP that could prescribe progesterone without me having to wait months for an appointment with a gynae or fertility specialist? I’m turning 38 in a few months, so I don’t have time to waste.

Test timing

What time of the day do you generally test? I know Mira suggests FMU but I seem to get way lower values with FMU even though I don’t drink any water from about 9pm onwards. I am the same with pregnancy tests - I always get darker lines later in the day.

When testing with lh strips I usually test around 1pm because that’s what works for me and my routine with a toddler.

I haven’t been testing with Mira for a full cycle yet (only received it at like 3 dpo).

I notice that my LH is always low. I’m assuming it will rise before ovulation (I get positive OPKs). I know LH is usually lower until the surge but when I compare to other people’s charts mine is much lower. It’s always <1 and today was 1.1 (I predict I’m going to ovulate in a few days - I always have a very sudden surge).
