Need advice on an antique dresser drawer that is labeled all Walnut from Michigan, USA

I have inherited some antique furniture from home and need to decide whether to keep and restore it, or sell / donate it. it's marked as all Walnut collection from Herman Miller furniture, Zeeland, Michigan. Is this worth keeping and restoring or am I better off just selling it?

Lively HSA options for investment. Should I go with Schwab brokerage acct or the guided Devenir portfolio

My Lively HSA has just 2 options for investing;

* an "HSA guided Portfolio by Devenir" which has an 0.50% annual fee.
* a Schwab Health Savings Brokerage Account" with more control over individual funds but is subject to other fees based on specific stock/investment fund.

I don't have much to start but this is a pre-tax , employer contributed account , so I'd like to make the wise choice for someone closer to retirement (56M). There are no options for Fidelity accounts , though I've read here that is preferred.

My mother recently passed and I've completed the transfer of death instrument to retain the house under my sister's and my name. It has been accepted and processed by the county clerk and the next step is to obtain the deed/title. I've received solicits in the mail to handle the title and mail us a copy for a fee ($132) . I was told at the clerk office they don't handle titles but I should consult a real estate lawyer. Question is whether it is cheaper to do this by mail or to consult a lawyer and which is more legit , if there is a doubt of legitimacy?
