I just wanted to know for the abortion tag if Hermione has one/considers one, or if it’s another character?

Around 2007 or 2008 I was got Cook’s Magazine, and there was a recipe in there for root vegetable mash. I can’t remember if there were only root vegetables or if it was a mixture of that and potato. But the main thing I remember, is it involved caramelizing the root veg in a lot of butter which added incredible flavor. It may have also had broth instead of water for liquid later. Does anyone still have this recipe? I really wish I had saved it.
