Hi all, this whole it was my right hip tilted toward a bit was causing my pelvic floor to tighten up and therefore causing my pubic bone nerves to be super sensitive and stinging raw pain.

However, thanks to my new physio we started focusing on the hip, and I’m pretty sure my pelvic floor is going back to normal, my pee is strong I can control how fast or slow the pee stream can go etc. I did not know a hip can cause all this. My pain has gone down so much, I feel like if I continue to focus on my hip, it will go away by the end of this month.

You can see how much I posted on this subreddit, thank you to all that have been answering and commenting to my posts for the last year or so.

Hopefully I’ll never have to post on here again, best of luck everyone :).

This is nothing regarding the Ben case, just that recently her hitting her sisters have been resurfacing a lot.

Studies show this not normal; it is normal throughout your childhood and teens etc then majority resort to verbal fights, but being almost 30 and scratching and ‘bruising’ your sisters esp one that is lit 17, is not normal. To put it in more perspective, Sofia Richie is the same age as Evelyn, and imagine how badly she would’ve cancelled if she scratched up her under age sister throat etc.

I’m not supporting Ben, I’m just talking about her hurting her sister as a UNC lmao.

Does anyone have tips, I’m giving up slowly, been in physio for a year and half.
