I have to offload footage from a canon zr800 to digital and I was given a clearclick recorder. I have the proper 3.5mm to RCA jack plugged into the right terminals and such but for some reason no video comes through on the clearclick (even though video comes through perfectly on the camera and audio goes through). I have used the clearclick with other digital cameras just fine. What should I do? (I'm also willing to just buy a DV cable to connect it to my laptop if necessary)

Ok so I am aware there are previous posts about tribronyc with mixed reaction from people but I feel like my current issues weren't really addressed there. In the touring and application process everything was normal, there has never been any unusual asks for fees or such, but wtf is their website? It advertises what clearly is some sort of fake onlyfans scam and a lot of the pictures of staff are AI. Is this not really their website? What's going on here?
