First time football season ticket holder here. We got absolutely screwed with our parking selection- Tundra lot between Foster and Frat Row. I selected Park Ave, Forest Lawn, and Briscoe Lot for my preferences, and not only did we not get either of them, we got the furthest lot from the stadium. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to get this changed? Friend of a friend was able to get his switched last week (via his parents, not sure how or who they called) but I called today and all I got was the lip from a rude agent.
