F/22/5’6” [174lbs > 135lbs] (1 year) Trying on interview clothes

i hit my lowest weight of 128 lbs in january, but i regained some due to stress eating from my final semester of college. now i’m just really focusing on body recomp. i went from a US women’s size 12 to a size 4.

it’s worth noting i did have some help through this. in january 2025, i started HRT for my PMOS, which helped control my cravings and metabolism. in december 2025, i had lower jaw surgery, which got rid of my sleep apnea and allowed me to exercise more effectively.

i don’t count calories because i find that i become obsessed with doing so when i do. at this point, i’m just trying to intuitively eat a diet of mostly whole foods and exercise consistently.

gym schedule help

i’ve been messing around with my gym routine. lately i split my upper body into push/pull days, and now i want to also increase my focus on deep core workouts. i want to hit core 3 times a week, but i’m struggling with where to fit it in while also getting adequate rest.

here’s the schedule i have so far:
sunday: rest
monday: core
tuesday: pull
wednesday: core
thursday: legs
friday: core
saturday: push
