Mostly looking for apex or shiny crowned zacian with bg or level 45

Umbrion has: snarl, Foul play and Last Resort

Obstagoon has: counter and night slash

Stunfisk has: mudshot, rock slide, and earthquake

If my team is bad which should I change and what should their moves be?
