Hi everyone, Im trying to upgrade my gpu but I’m confused which one to go for

I’m confused between these two

Or
Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT OC PULSE 16GB Graphics Card

Hi every one, idk if I should upgrade or not, games like uncharted 4 and resident evil started to stutter I did update my gpu and its back to normal but still a minor stutter is there and sea of thieves is laggy, I tried fixing it but couldn’t do it. Any suggestions? What should I do ?
