Gutter cleaning Bethesda

My family is vacating a rental house in Kensington at the end of this month. Our lease requires us to have the gutters professionally cleaned before we leave.

Could anyone reccomend a company to clean the gutters during the last two weeks of July? We are looking for the lowest price rather than the most meticulous cleaning.

Also, how much does this service cost? The house is a small, two story colonial.

Used EV or PHEV for a second car

My family is about to move to Southern California where we will need to buy a second car ASAP. Due to gas prices we have decided an EV or PHEV will be most practical. We have never owned a PHEV or EV before so this is new for us. We'd love guidance on specific models/years to buy or more general advice that you think could help us.

-Our new home has the necessary wiring for charging a vehicle in a dedicated garage.

-Budget is 30k max but ideally under 25k. We'll pay cash.

-Our main priorities are reliability and low cost of ownership.

-This is a second car to be used for commuting (15 miles each way) for work. The commute is mostly highway driving and some city stop and go. We own a gas powered SUV that we can use for road trips so a high range is not very important for us.

-My husband will sometimes need to take our two kids (and potentially their sports equipment) to school in the car. They are elementary school aged and require booster seats but not big car seats. One kid is a tall boy who will only get taller. I think a hatchback or Crossover might be more practical than a sedan but am open to any suggestions.

-We used to have a 2019 Kia Niro (not plug in) Hybrid that we loved. We'd consider a Niro again. My 4 year old inexplicably loves Hyundai Konas. Is it totally bonkers to get one if it would make him happy?

-We don't like Elon Musk but could be talked into a used Tesla if they really are that much more reliable.

PreK recommendation near Del Mar Highlands

Hi all! Our family is moving to a home near Del Mar Highlands in a a few weeks time. Our twins will be very newly 5 when the school year starts in September and we would strongly prefer them to be in another year of preschool before starting kindergarten in the 2027-2028 school year. We are zoned for Solana Beach schools and they do not offer transitional kindergarten. Could anyone suggest a reasonably local private preschool with two spots open next year for PreK? Budget is flexible but less expensive is preferred.

I know this is late and two free spots is a pretty big ask, but I hope someone can help. Thanks!
