Do coaches judge you for not using the “right” spring load with 100+ classes?
I have 150 classes and used to do class on the 50-100 spring load but noticed changes to my body I didn’t like.
Now I like to stick to the lightest spring load (less than 50 classes) because I feel like my form is better and I’m toned but not as crazy muscular (not one of my body goals).
Are coaches noticing and judging me about this? Sometimes I get the feeling that I should be amplifying or “pushing myself” more but I’m also really happy with my results and performance at this spring load. Maybe I’m just in my head about it but it feels like there’s this unspoken pressure to amplify or increase weight once you’ve been going for a long time.
Anyone else in this boat?
