I have suicidal ideation, I tried 20mg of Lexapro along with max amount of bupropion. I stopped bupropion and decreased my dose to 5mg once a day Lexapro and I have completely stopped. It make me have no thought but that’s also really helpful for suicidal ideation. But I have what so ever no desire or productivity to do anything. When I’m off my medication i feel like I can do a lot, but I also have chronic pain and over due my self a lot.

Are there any medications that you like so I can ask my dr about?

In 2023 I started to have a tugging sensation in my clit, it feels like it’s tugging to the left. I call this feeling pelvic pain so that’s what it will be referred to as in the post. I’ve seen more than 10 specialist and had 4 mri done to find the cause. And just march of 2026 I was diagnosed with vulvodynia and I’ve seen two urogynecologist and they both said the same diagnoses but I don’t have vulva pain specifically. I had a left hip arthroscopy June 2025 and my pain and pelvic pain is like ten times better I still have pelvic pain flares up which could me just adjusting how I’m laying in bed or just stepping wrong of my dog jumping on my left leg.

Does anyone have the same feeling?

How did pregnancy go for you with this DX

Did pelvic floor therapy actually help you or any specific exercises to help with this specific problem.

Any creams that’s help? Haven’t not tried any yet but just go prescribed estrogen and lidocaine cream.

Edit: I forgot some odd symptoms, only because they are rare. I orgasm when I pee and I’m not doing anything to achieve that. I sometimes have the biggest urge to pee and when I go like two drops come out. There are all random and are not happening simultaneously.
