Medical transport for elderly

Do any of you have a recommendation for a door to door transport service that includes an escort to the waiting area. This would be for an elderly person who uses a walker. A Friendly and patient person to walk with and wait through Dr. visits is needed.

Air Care default?

I live in an area that frequently has poor outdoor air quality. The Air Care, cabin air filter, seems to always be off by default. I don't see a way to change that. It would be nice if it was always on. Any thoughts so I don't need to turn it on every time I drive?
