How have you tackled the “Can I get all of this in one place?” question from an exec?

I have multiple apps that correspond mainly to subject matter, but sometimes access level. For example,

- Accounting App
- HR App
- Marketing App
- Executive App
- Misc Department Apps

This guy has access to just about all of them but he doesn’t want to have to click from one app to another I get why it’s annoying, but what really can be done other than just publishing in multiple different workspaces and ensuring proper source control.

Have any of you run into this and had a good solution?
