For context, I have really bad ocd, and something that had been bothering me for a long time is whenever I do number 2, I feel like im not getting fully cleaned with just my bidet. Is water really all you need? I always feel the need to shower after pooping, especially since im pretty hairy down there I feel like im not fully clean. So id like to know the proper way to clean.

Not sure if this is the best place to be asking but i’m desperate.

Basically ive had this really annoying thing for the last few years of my life when I leak precum randomly. It usually happens when im turned on but sometimes its just random. Recently Ive been talking to this girl and she whenever we talk I get a bunch of precum in my pants. I wanna be able to talk to her without having this, it grosses me out and I dont want to have to keep changing pants. And its not like i can just wipe it and move on, it keeps on coming.

its made worse that im a germaphobe with severe ocd, so constantly having precum in my pants is gross to me. If anyone knows why this could be please let me know, im really sick of it.
