Originally an underground weapons manufacturer wanting to make a quick buck, Jean Lee was victim of a public terrorist caused by one of his own radioactive electromagnetic gatling guns. This caused him to develop the power of magnetism and advanced dexterity and precision.

For one grueling week straight he had to stay awake otherwise his unconscious mind would rip the iron out of his blood. Thankfully, after getting help from a friend (who has yet to be made into an oc) he now has a chip implanted in him to cut out of a part of his powers to automatically keep it in check.

Afterwards, he vowed to quit the weapon manufacturing life and instead use his intelligence and weapons-expertise for good as an engineer and activist on some days, and as Captain Caliber on most days.

Not only can he bend metal, but he can also “shoot” anything with his hands by flicking them at high speeds. His ability to fly is thanks to the sheets and small slabs of metal placed within his cape and suit that effectively carry him. His most brutal attack is turning into a giant beyblade by spinning incredibly fast and using the metal sheets in his cape to cut his opponents.
