New Owner

New sprinkler system owner here. How long should I run my system for a day? Should I run it every other day or every day and for how long? I’m located in the northeast and it’s summertime 80-90 degrees per day.

NY - Brown Spots in law

Starting to l get hotter here in the northeast. Beginning to see sporadic brown spots in my lawn. Can’t tell if it’s dead grass or I’m not watering enough. Seems like the grass still has roots because when I pull at it it’s intact to the soil. Any suggestions for help ?
