Oura now recognises long haul travel / jet lag without having to tag it
My first long haul travel since March and I remember Oura had a really hard time catching up on my travel and aligning my scores to it. I also remember multiple people on reddit requesting it, so thank you to Oura for hearing us :)
This is definitely a great new feature as I sometimes struggle to remember to give my body more grace after traveling through time zones.
