We are almost to the end of August and I feel like barely anyone here in the US has gotten their box. I'm tired of Lush only sending out one email in regards to this. We really need something else along side the $10 giftcard they sent us.
Being a new esthi these days sucks. I recently moved into an esthi postion at my clinic and I've barely made anything in the almost 2 months I've been in the back. Clients arent really rebooting with me. I'm struggling getting anyone to book with me and I'm barely making anything since a majority of my time is sitting around doing nothing. I do feel lucky I get a sit pay but its absolute garbage. $10 to sit for my first 60 or 90 days then down to $8 after that. I do make a commission on advanced services and sales but its basically nothing unless I'm selling like crazy which is extremely difficult these days.
Im seriously considering looking at another clinic since I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and barely being paid. The biggest issues everyone wants me to have 2 years experience to even consider me for the job and im still only a year out of school and have only been in the postion for 2 months.
I just dont really know what to do. Im not expecting to make a lot but at least more than I am and feel like im being underpaid and taken advantage of by my clinic.

So recently started at a chain location as an esthi and have been struggling to get booked. The 2 other esthi's at our location have also been struggling as well but there are multiple days that they have a few appointments or are fully booked. I on the other hand can barely get anyone to book with me. I have reached out multiple times to see if people wants to book with me and they either never respond or decline the offer.
Summer is a slower time for us from what I've been told so it's making this even harder for me. So does anyone have any tips or track on how to fill books while at a chain or even getting people to rebook with me when they do come in,
I posted yesterday about how long my OY US package is taking to get to me. I was expecting an update today or at least to see my package closer to me but its no cloeer to me than it was yesterday. Tracking said it was going to be here Saturday. How can you claim shipping will be faster when this happens?!
The only reason I placed an order was to use up my points and the thome device was a better deal than yesstyle. I do not plan on placing any other orders. Now onto the shipping. OY claims that shipping will be faster with a US location but so far that doesn't seem to be true. Its been almost a week and my order isnt even here or close to me despite FedEx claiming it would be delivered today.
On the global website my order would have been here by now or even quicker. So why is OY claiming orders will get to us faster when I'm already experiencing shipping issues only 1 week in?
