If you don’t pay your bill … your policy gets cancelled .. point blank period . No one fucking cares that you’ve been a member for X amount of years … not one fucking person cares .. USAA doesn’t care … us reps don’t fucking care .
PAY YOUR BILLS if you want to keep your insurance .. it’s not like we say hey you owe us $1,000 by tomorrow or we’re canceling you .. we send notices , emails , texts , letters ! IN ADVANCE ..
I got a call , I did everything I was able to do . I offered the only payment arrangement the SYSTEM would let me offer .. because be so fucking for real right now US REPS DONT MAKE THESE DECISIONS … we put information into the SYSTEM and it tells us what we’re ALLOWED to offer you .. if it was up to me , I could give 2 fucks and give you guys hella extensions … but it’s not up to me … yet yall still wanna give us a bad survey because you didn’t get your way . Then in the same sentence yall wonder why the service has gone down hill .. ITS BECAUSE OF YALL !!!!! ITS BECAUSE YALL ARE ASSHOLES .
