I know this was a long time ago at this point, but my sister just told me about it cause she was so upset. She lost her gold necklace with her kids birthday stones. It was at the Rittenhouse row festival on May 2nd. She thinks it may have been at the uchi tent between 17th and 18th on Walnut.
