What are we to do if episodes aren't updating or new ones aren't appearing? I have SeeBox V6 Pro

So we're missing new netflix shows and lots of series aren't updating with the latest shows. I read people reaching out to their support but how? I emailed and they haven't repsonded. I have V6 Plus VeeSeeBox

I read the BIS for act 3 light merc is a crescent moon sword because of static field on striking (and -35 Light Resist). But the act 3 casts and does not swing the sword, so it will never happen. Am I right?

Also in this case, I'd think a 6 facet -5+5 light sword giving -30 +30 light resist/skill dmg is significantly better

If my -enemy poison resist is -100 on my nec (I understand this is the maximum you can apply before non-impacting), does it make sense for me to equip a poison sunder charm with + Poison Skill Damage vs - Enemy poison resistance?

Also, in same case, if my nec has -80 Poison Enemy Resistance, but I cast -65 Lower resist, thus bringing enemy past -100 resistance, I should focus on + Poison Skill Damage - correct me if wrong PLEASE.

I thought I read years ago that once Windows 11 ARM released, Apple would likely allow us to install it as a separate partition on our macOS ARM machines. Is this still a pipe dream? Thanks
