Is there anyone who actually walks you through the analytics & retention in super detail? Someone that shows WHY people have dropped off or why they stay.

Currently on the venue hunt and there's something about southern Ontario venues that just lack that 'it' factor, they all feel so corporate, cold and 'generic hall' like. When I go on tiktok/IG and I find a cool spot, 100% of the time it isn't in Ontario!
I get these places are designed really nice after the fact but even to find a room that fits this vibe is almost impossible. Some of 'farm' like venues are too farmy for us and some of the 'tent' venues feel like it's only there to protect you from the rain.
Anything that fits our inspo board? Looking for 1hr - 1.5hrs from downtown Toronto
