I tried a sample of this hair mask today and I honestly can’t believe how bad it smelled. When I went to leave a review, I noticed that of the 613 reviews, only 40 were non-incentivized.

I’ve been an Influenster member for 4 years. While I certainly see the value in incentivized reviews, it’s diabolical for over 90% of the reviews based on free product. This isn’t a new product. It’s been available since 2024!!!

Anyone else stuck waiting to submit an Ulta review for EcoTools? I submitted the Influenster review February 8 but the item still isn’t available on Ulta to review.

I keep receiving notifications to complete the review and have emailed with Customer Service a handful of times. At what point do they waive a requirement??
