Help, observations and suggestions regarding Leh itinerary.

Me (35) and my wife (35) are planning a trip to Leh in second half of July. We will be travelling from Chandigarh to Srinagar via flight and from there we will take a private cab.
We have 9 days but our itinerary is coming around 12 days. Please help us in prioritising the 'must see' places.

I didn’t start my bike for the last 2 months but I had replaced the battery like 6 months ago. Is this a sign of battery drained or dead? Lights and digital cluster seems to work fine? Also, I had just pressure washed the bike, could it be that there is some water or something in the system?
