Sayulita with Toddlers?

Hi! We are debating coming to Sayulita with our two toddlers. I was wondering if anyone can share their experiences with me. I keep reading reviews online about kids getting sick, but they all seem dated. Any current experiences would be great! We’d be staying at a hotel!

Taking out a “healthy on paper”gallbladder

I have a “healthy” on paper gallbladder. HIDA scan normal (42%), ultrasound and CT scan normal. However I’ve been seeing GI for over a year with these attacks that simulate a gallbladder attack. Recently they’ve gotten worse in pain scale but now with burping in a few. My longest “attack” was about 3-4 days of pain and burping. I am not reacting to fatty foods, unsure what’s causing it actually.

One GI doctor wants me to remove the gallbladder. The NP says no, as on paper it’s looking normal. The surgeon said up to me, but did confirm on paper it looks good.

Has anyone removed a gallbladder based on symptoms only?

What would you do as a next step?

I had an ultrasound and CT scan last year, normal blood work almost every 3 months for the last year and half. HIDA scan 4 months ago was normal. Had a somewhat okay EGD (a few tissue changes but no malignancy)

At what age did your kid(s) outgrow FPIES?

Just curious. Previously our allergist told us that most outgrow it by age 4, but some do take longer. And very small percentage keep it for life.

Looking for some hope! My kid recently failed her allergy trial at the hospital at age 4 for Almonds.
