Eircode shows as invalid so I cant save it.

Sent explanation of how each house has a unique eircode. Currently have it set to my neighbours eircode but getting deliveries to the local post office while trying to get this fixed.
Support saying it must be as Im trying too often and to try again 48hr??? Going around in circles.
Anyone have any success here?

The rise in Surrons/scooters flying down paths at what must be 40kmh plus is increasingly.... alot the last few weeks.
Should be able to use paths without having degenerates whizzing within inches from behind.
Surely innocent people are ending up in A&E from this.
I feel like calling the gards is just a waste of time because they just have no ability to even try deal with this.
It feels like we are definitely regressing on road safety when we have teens on unregistered motorbikes in pedestrian zones with zero cop on.
