What cars are ‘good’ for advanced driving?

I just completed my IAM advanced motoring course and got a huge amount from it. I’d slipped into some bad habits in the decades since I took my test as a teenager.

One thing I noticed during this was how my likes / dislikes about my car changed. For example, my large electric SUV with air suspension wafts nearly silently down the road, which is very comfortable but makes it much harder to gauge speed. I longed for some engine noise 😂

Ignoring all other factors, what model / type of car do you like for advanced driving?

(I’m aware good driving techniques can be practiced in any vehicle. This is a question about choosing a vehicle prioritising advanced driving techniques in the buying decision.)

Is Andersen A2 car charger compatible with Intelligent Octopus Go?

I get a message when trying to add it as a device through the app. Have emailed Andersen as suggested but no response (yet).

Any way to correct speed limit map data? (PS3, UK)

As I understand it, the cars display speed limits to drivers by reading road signs and from (Google?) map data.

Where I live this map data appears to be wildly wrong. I pass a 50mph sign and the car reads / displays that. Yards later the car displays 60mph and then 70mph limits all while the road remains 50.

Is there a way to suggest map alterations like in Google Maps for place data?
