Battery terminal stuck, need some advice

I've been wanting to replace my battery for a few days now. I had been having a problem where corrosion would build up around the negative terminal, car wouldn't start, I'd clean it off, sometimes I'd have to jump it, and I'd be good for a few days or weeks. Eventually this stopped working, now I have to jump it every time. I was gonna change out the battery but the terminal is stuck on. The bolt on the clamp won't budge. A terminal puller hasn't worked yet. I added some penetrating oil to it and I'm gonna keep trying in the morning. I'm hoping to get it off, otherwise I'd have to get the battery out with the sensor cable still attached and replace that. I'm trying to spend as little money as possible on this. Any advice?

Looking for people considering (or currently in) the nanotechnology engineering master's program

I got a conditional admission offer yesterday, and I'm curious how many others have heard back. I'm mostly likely going to accept the offer, but I'm going to think about it for a few more days. Feel free to DM me if you'd like.

Also if anyone has any advice for a non-EU student going through the admission/visa process I would appreciate it.
