[Dev] I built GitaSandesh - A 100% free app to explore the Bhagavad Gita daily (No ads, no subscriptions)

I created GitaSandesh to make the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita accessible, clean, and distraction-free in daily life. Whether you're looking for daily quotes, structured reading, or quick verse translations, the goal was to build a simple, beautiful experience for iOS.

Key Features:

  • 📖 Complete Bhagavad Gita – Read chapters and verses with clear translations.
  • 🌅 Daily Inspiration / Sandesh – Get meaningful daily quotes to start your day.
  • 🔍 Search & Bookmark – Easily save your favorite verses for quick reference.
  • 🚫 100% Free – No ads, no paywalls, no subscriptions, and no data tracking.

App Store Link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/gitasandesh/id6772055132

I’d love to get feedback from this community! If you have suggestions for features, UI tweaks, or localized translations, please let me know in the comments.

Thanks for checking it out! 🙏

Krang Suri Waterfall – I'm Still Not Convinced the Water Is Real 😂💙[OC]

I went to Krang Suri Waterfall expecting... well, another waterfall.

Instead, Mother Nature casually said, "Here's some Photoshop in real life."

The water is so ridiculously blue and crystal clear that my phone camera started questioning its own color settings. I spent more time saying, "Is this real?" than actually enjoying the view.

The walk down is easy enough, but the climb back up? Let's just say my lungs filed an official complaint. 😅

Things I learned:

- The water is colder than your ex's last text.

- You'll take 200 photos and still fail to capture how beautiful it is.

- Every visitor suddenly becomes a professional photographer.

- You promise yourself "just one selfie"... and somehow end up with 87.

10/10 would happily let my legs suffer again.

If you're visiting Meghalaya, don't skip Krang Suri. Just make sure your phone is fully charged—your storage won't be. 📸😂

Hidden Gem Near Dehradun: Dhayan Dhareswar Temple, Matogi 🕉️

If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the crowded tourist spots around Dehradun, I highly recommend visiting Dhayan Dhareswar Temple near Matogi village.

The journey itself is part of the experience—lush forests, mountain trails, fresh Himalayan air, and breathtaking valley views. By the time you reach the temple, the silence and serenity make the trek completely worthwhile.

It's not just a place of worship; it's a place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature. Whether you're into trekking, photography, or simply seeking peace, this spot deserves more attention.

Has anyone else been here recently? I'd love to hear about your experience, trekking route, or any tips for first-time visitors!
