Running cap recommendations for big heads?
Hey everyone! I'm looking for running caps that actually fit a bigger head. Most "one size fits all" caps end up sitting too high and honestly they just look ridiculously small on me

Congrats to everyone who crossed the finish line. I'm opening a debrief thread so we can all learn from each other.
My takeaways:
What about you? What worked best, and what would you change?
I remember the rigid plastic cups, very difficult to drink from (but not impossible). This time I'll bring a collapsible cup. What about you?
Quick question about the free public transport with the bib. I know the bib number acts as an ABC-zone ticket from Sept 24–27, but I'm not clear on the mechanics:
Does the confirmation email (with the OCR/barcode) count as valid proof on its own, or does it only work once you've picked up the physical bib at the expo?
Has anyone actually ridden the S-Bahn/RE trains with just the email before collecting their bib at Tempelhof?
Trying to figure out if I can use transit before I've been to the expo, or if I need the physical bib in hand first.
Hey everyone,
I've been using AI to generate and manage my training plans. Right now, I have a basic custom app that I built myself. It works, but the whole workflow is super fragmented—I have to manually export and sync data between modules, which is a pain.
I’ve been seeing posts here about people setting up automatic integrations using things like Claude, CorosLink, or COROS MCP servers so everything syncs in the background, but I’m a bit lost on how to actually connect all the pieces.
Could anyone point me in the right direction to get started with this connection/sync? I'd really appreciate some pointers.
Thanks!
I switched to COROS recently and noticed a huge difference.
My old Garmin felt completely static. Once I bought it, that was it. No updates, no new features, it just felt like a forgotten stone.
With COROS, the watch actually feels alive. There are constant updates and they keep improving things. It’s great to feel like the company is still working on the tech you already bought.
Anyone else feel the same way?
I recently switched from a Garmin Forerunner to a Coros Pace Pro. I am happy with the device, but I am curious about the transition experience for those who made the same move.
For former Garmin users: Have you noticed significant differences in heart rate or pace tracking accuracy? I am specifically wondering if these metrics felt different or less consistent compared to your previous Garmin data.
Any insights would be appreciated.
I am looking for feedback from users who rely on the Coros Fitness Test/EvoLab to define their training zones.
If you perform these tests, does the system accurately configure all your Heart Rate and Pace zones for all intensities (Z1-Z4)? Or do you still find yourself manually overriding these values to match specific clinical threshold data?
I am deciding whether to trust the auto-calculated zones or if manual entry of my stress test values is necessary to ensure training accuracy.
What is your experience with the precision of these auto-generated zones?
I have alerts set up for my nutrition every 20 to 25 minutes. The issue is that the sound and vibration feel very weak. On the rare occasions I actually catch the alert, I notice it is extremely short, barely lasting a couple of arm swings.
At the beginning of a run, it's easy to pay attention, but as the kilometers add up and focus drops, it's very easy to miss them because the notification is so minimal.
Does anyone else feel the alerts are too subtle? Do you have any strategies to avoid missing these notifications on long runs?
Hi everyone! (Gemini-assisted written text)
Less than two weeks ago, I decided to make the switch from my trusty Garmin Forerunner 745 to a Coros Pace Pro. Overall, I’m really liking it, but I’ve noticed a couple of "red flags" and wanted to get some feedback, especially from users who migrated from Garmin or use both platforms simultaneously.
Here are my main concerns:
GPS Signal Loss: In wide-open areas (clear day, rural roads, no buildings or dense forests), the Coros lost its GPS signal multiple times during the same session. My Garmin never did this (or at least never notified me). Is this normal behavior for the Pace Pro? Syncing Issues: I finished a 26km structured workout. The watch face updated my steps and calories right away, but the activity itself took about an hour and a half and multiple attempts to finally sync with the app. With my old 745, I could hit save after a full marathon and it would sync instantly. Has anyone else experienced this lag?
Regarding the metrics: I’m positively surprised by the sheer amount of data Coros provides. However, coming from Garmin, I have to ask: How reliable do you find these metrics in real-world training? Which ones do you trust the most, and which ones do you tend to ignore?
Thanks in advance for your insights and experiences!
Hi everyone,
I’m encountering a recurring issue when trying to upload my historical data via ZIP files.
The workflow:
The confusion: Despite the error message appearing on the screen, when I check my account’s activity list, the activities actually seem to be there.
Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
