How do I improve comunication?

I am so tired of not being able to participate in conversation with others. In group setting hangouts or little parties I always end up being the one that ends up alone because everyone else is having a conversation of sorts with someone else. When sat at a long table and half of the table has a conversation of one thing and the other half of the other, I become part of none somehow. I am so bad at telling stories or comunicate my feeling or protray something that happened to me how ever funny or interesting and then eventually lose people's attention and eventually not many listen to me at all. Is not a question of respect, I have people around me that do respect me, physically I am very capable, but verbally a mess. I am 25M and because of this I struggle to make friends, nevermind getting into relationships. Where can I go or how can I improve my comunication skills and story telling? It's so bad because to improve in something, you have to practice but I can't practice if I don't have anyone to talk to and I can't get anyone to talk to if I can't hold conversations. Its genuinely sad and I honestly want to improve, I want to feel normal. Any advice is appreciated :)

Wood planks garage ceiling

Started off with 18 3.9 meter unbanded scaffold boards. 384 screws, 384+ pilot holes, 384+ countersunk holes (the "+" because I had to redo a few boards as there were things I didn't like with them). 16 rip cuts on the bandsaw, 64+ cuts on the mitresaw, probably over 300 passes through the thicknesser. Never again, looks amazing but I had severely under estimated the task. 7 months it took.

I was supposed to remove each board and sand some more with an orbital sander and then polyeurethene it but I honestly don't feel like it at ALL. And I can't even just go over it with a brush with it installed as aparently Id need to polyeurethene all sides. So I am gonna leave it as it is and hope it lasts a long time

I am hoping to make my living room wall paint similar to that. I ve tried a couple of test patches and it doesn't match.

-I ve tried earthy ocher and that's way too golden shaded

-I ve tried best beige and that's a bit too grey

-I ve tried spiced vinegar and that's the closest so far but still too yellow shaded

What I ve learned is that yellow/golden undertones just don't appeal to me.

The beige (grey tendency) is not very cozy

Any suggestions at all would be appreciated! Thanks!

Does anyone know of a paint store where staff members can actually help find a colour I am looking for? Went johnstone's and they handed me a booklet with over 600 colours in it with not much of an order to the colours

Hi all I could do with your help please. Chat GBT made made me this, what colour would this be? I ve been to local decorating shops and they are no help, they said I need to look at the colour cards and couldn't find anything like it, closest I found was a colour called "brass bell". Thanks!
