Photo Requests: I wish you could tell if someone had already attempted to find the graves being requested

I am just back from attempting to find 2 headstones that were requested at a cemetery somewhat near my house. As I was wandering the rows it occurred to me that I am likely not the first Find A Graver to head out in an effort to find these. I wish you could tell if someone else had already attempted them. If someone else had already tried I wouldn't necessarily write it off, but I'd certainly allot more time to the task. It'd be especially helpful if you could leave notes for future attempts to indicate your approach, anything you skipped, any trouble you had, etc.

What happens if you don't pay your property taxes in Dane County?

I just found out that my great aunt has not paid her property taxes for the past 3 years. What will happen to her? Will her property be foreclosed or will the owed taxes just be taken out of her estate when she dies and the property transfers hands?

Flat stones being swallowed by the earth

Every divot in this photo is a headstone being swallowed by the earth, and had I turned to face the other direction you would see even more of these. Is it crazy that I want to take the summer and unearth them all? I did two by hand and added them to the site, but my filthy fingernails say I need a trowel and a plan. Can't stop thinking about them.

18 year old son wants to become a realtor. Any advice?

Initially I worried about the potential for AI to make this job obsolete, but as I've read more I am less concerned about that.

For those of you who in the real estate world, would you consider this a good career path for an 18 year old?

Accepted management of recently deceased aunt's memorial, and then the picture disappeared

One of my aunts passed away two months ago. Someone had set up a memorial page for her and had the photo that was included in her online obituary. No gravestone photo was included. I clicked the button to accept management of the profile since I am her niece and it was automatically transferred to me. Strangely though, once it transferred the photo of her disappeared. Is that normal?

Recipe with self-rising flour AND baking powder

I am making a recipe that calls for self-rising flour. Since I don't have any, I am going to follow King Arthur's recipe that calls for 1 1/2 t of baking powder per 1C of all purpose flour. This means I will need 3 t of baking powder for the recipe I am making.

But the recipe also calls for 2 t of baking powder. This means I will end up using 5 t of baking powder in this 9 X 12 sheet cake. Doesn't that sound like a lot?

The exquisite penmanship on a grocery list I found at the store today

The inclusion of the tilde on jalapenos makes me willing to overlook the misspelling of avocados and gochujang.

I can't help but wonder if this is a normal list for this shopper, or if it was for a special Cinco de Mayo themed meal since I found it two days after May 5.

I've never seen boughs of lilacs in a store but wondering if there is anywhere around town where I could buy some. They are my favorite, reminds me of my mom bringing in huge armfuls from the backyard and putting them in vases all throughout the house. The only time we ever had flowers in the house.
