6ft1 275 lbs
struggle with overeating / sweet treats
solid muscle on my body , i know the body comp scales are not accurate but it said about 170lbs of muscle
i want to be 215
i know what i have to eat but i cant stick to a plan.
active with walking and spurts of working out at the gym.
can anyone offer help with my situation and what they did to lose weight
60-65 lbs of fat to lose
i can eat literally a bowl of ground beef and eggs or ground beef and rice but the consistency is what gets me
go on week long trends and then that fails
any info on what worked for you and what stuck that helped you lose the amount of fat i am trying to lose
