Asked for my account login User Name
I called WF and the CSR asked me for my username as part of the authentication process. I was taken aback by this, why in the world would an employee have access to this information?
There's so many other questions they could ask. I ended the call and will just go into the branch to handle the business. I was also not fond of their offer to "save my voice so they can use it to identify me in the future". This millennial is becoming a boomer.
I wonder if I need to get with the times or get a new bank?
